Spray Foam Insulation
Open Cell & Closed Cell

Spray Foam has begun to take the spotlight across the country thanks to increasingly strict building codes, increased heating and cooling costs and a more informed customer base.

Open Cell Spray Foam

Low Density High Expansion

Open cell spray foam is a polyurethane foam that will expand to around 100 times once sprayed. This helps to fill in gaps  and cracks that would otherwise be hard to seal with other types of insulation. Its soft and flexible allowing for easy removal and future work unlike closed cell foam.

  • Polyurethane based 2 component

  • R value of 3.5 per inch

  • Great for sound control

  • Open cell structure

  • Not air or waterproof

  • Requires time to off gas VOCs

Closed Cell Spray Foam

High Density Low Expansion

Closed cell spray foam is a polyurethane foam that will cure as hard as a rock. Closed cell foam adds rigidity to the structure as well as an air tight and water impermeable barrier. It will help meet high R value requirements in tighter spaces.

  • Polyurethane based 2 component

  • R value of 6.5 - 7 per inch

  • Air and moisture impermeable

  • Rigid and structural

  • Requires time to off gas VOCs
